Below are some notes and known issues.

Safari Flicker. When taking a test using a Safari browser, the screen may flicker when choosing an answer. We are currently working on this issue. It is a visual issue, and does not affect your test. You can continue to take the test and ignore the flicker.
No Safari In Windows PC. In 2012, Apple has stopped upgrading the Safari for Windows. Please do not use it.
Opera Mini Slow. When using an Opera Mini browser, some things may seem to be slow. The Opera Mini browser causes this slowness.
